By booking a session, entering the facility, or using any simulator bay at OnPar Sim Club LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

All simulator sessions must be reserved in advance through our online booking system unless otherwise approved. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability. Reservations are non-transferable unless approved by management.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts may be limited to specific time periods or availability.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their reservation for a full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in partial or full loss of payment. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion in the event of equipment malfunction or facility closure.

4. Late Arrivals

Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time unless an extension time window is paid for and availability for that time window permits.

5. Facility Rules & Guest Conduct

Guests must use equipment properly and follow all instructions. Unsafe behavior, reckless swinging, disorderly conduct, or harassment will result in removal from the facility without refund. OnPar Sim Club, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

6. Age Requirements

Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors using the facility.

7. Dress Code & Equipment Use

Proper athletic footwear is required. No metal spikes unless approved. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have enough room to swing safely. Only one person is allowed on the turf (hitting area) at one time. Only approved golf balls may be used in the simulator bays.

8. Food & Beverage Policy

Food and drinks may be permitted only in designated areas and if purchased by the Grille at the Madison Golf Center. Alcohol is permitted only if allowed by law and by facility policy. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

9. Damage to Equipment / Property

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions. This includes damage to simulator screens, simulator enclosure walls, sensors, projectors, launch monitors, computers, monitors, hitting mats, turf, walls, furniture, and facility property. OnPar Sim Club, LLC reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

10. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. OnPar Sim Club, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

11. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Golf simulator use involves physical activity and risk of injury. Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur while using the facility.

12. Assumption of Risk

By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept all inherent risks related to golf simulator use, including the risk of serious injury or death.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnPar Sim Club, LLC is not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring on the premises, including injuries caused by other guests or misuse of equipment.

14. Photo & Video Notice

Guests may be recorded by facility security cameras. OnPar Sim Club, LLC may also take photos/videos for promotional purposes. If a guest does not wish to appear in marketing material, they must notify staff in writing.

15. Waiver Agreement Required

All guests must sign a waiver before using simulator equipment. By booking a session, you confirm you have read and agreed to our Liability Waiver.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes shall be handled in Madison County, Alabama.
